Close your eyes and imagine yourself walking in a vast field under the soft glow of the moonlight. As you take in the soothing summer breeze, you notice the tall grass swaying to the rhythm. Inhale deeply and savor the pleasant scent of nearby shrubs and flowers.
As you exhale, you continue to walk through the field and notice the abundance around you. Piles of gold and diamonds are scattered throughout the field, enough for everyone to be wealthy beyond their wildest dreams.
In the distance, you hear the gentle hooting of an owl, and the wind picks up, blowing through your hair. As you continue walking towards a light in the distance, you realize it’s a glorious temple made of gold and spectacularly lit by the full moon.
As you approach the temple, a sense of awe washes over you. You know that this is a place of great prosperity and abundance, and you feel that the key to wealth is going to be revealed to you.
You start up the long, winding stairs of the temple, moving quickly and effortlessly with minimal effort. It’s as if you’re gliding up the stairs, with the smoothness of an escalator.
Within moments, you reach the top and come across a set of large wooden doors. With tremendous anticipation and excitement, you push against the doors with all your might. Slowly, the doors creak open, revealing a dazzling sight.
You step inside the temple, and light streams down from the ceiling, filling the room with radiance. As you look around, you see the manifestation of your wildest dreams – piles of gold, jewels, and riches beyond your imagination. You know that you are meant to have all of this, and it is now within your grasp.
Take a moment to bask in this moment of abundance and prosperity. Visualize yourself surrounded by wealth and let the feeling of abundance fill your being. Know that you are capable of manifesting all that you desire, and that wealth and prosperity are your birthright. With this newfound confidence and belief, take on the world and watch as opportunities to manifest wealth flow effortlessly into your life.
How to Make Your Own Guided Meditation
You can make your own guided meditations quite easily. The most important thing to keep in mind is to emphasize the senses. Describe what you see, hear, feel, and smell. Also important is that you feel safe and comfortable. For example, you don’t want to imagine being in your bathing suit while in a snowstorm.
Comfort and sensory detail will help you project yourself into the imagery. The images you give yourself and your thoughts around them should be centered on the topic – wealth, in this example. As previously stated, leaving the imagery open-ended will allow you the space to find the answers you’re looking for.
When you’re finished, make notes of what you felt and saw. Examine your meditation to determine what you can learn from it. The answers aren’t always immediately obvious, but they are there.
Guided meditation can be a powerful tool in your self-development arsenal. Used regularly, it can provide tremendous insight and be used as a problem-solving tool.
