They can be people, situations, or circumstances that test your faith and courage. Internal enemies are those that live inside your mind: fear, doubt, guilt, shame, anger, resentment, or any negative emotion that lowers your vibration and blocks The Force.
How can we beat these villains?
By strengthening our connection with The Force thus invoking the Divine Power, we can overcome any obstacle or adversary that comes our way. We can also use positive affirmations, gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, and love to raise our vibration and align ourselves with our highest good.
